The Issue

Jesper Nielsen, former CEO of Pandora CWE, 

Seeking Fame, he set up an MLM Online network marketing Jewellery business In 2020 in his name sake “Jesper Nielsen” (JN)

With JN Claiming these special Jewellery pieces were “Jesper Nielsen” (JN) designs and exclusively sold through Ambassadors, Network Marketers jumped onboard this new and exciting business opportunity.

JN Ambassadors built a community of 76,000 people in hope of making make a better life for themselves, their families and their teammates.

Jesper personally kept daily contact with Ambassadors, updating daily on promotions, incentives, new designs, etc through the Ambassadors private JN Global Community Facebook Group.

He personally offered the most amazing incentives, of holidays to his Mallorca “JN Mansion“, car bonus, cash payments for the “Super Recruiters”, the Top Seller, etc 

He offered Ambassadors a bonus of €10 for every Customer they got to register for his VIP Customer club through Ambassadors Replica sites. 

His Latest incentive - Win a weekend Date in Mallorca, yachting and fine dining with Bachelor Lars Holman, one of Jespers close colleagues in his”family” business! 

All of these were empty promises to 76,000 Ambassadors, many of whom achieved the necessary requirements to win these prizes, did not receive them. 
Orders placed by Ambassadors and their customers through JN Ambassadors websites since June have not been delivered. 

Ambassadors trusted in the highly manipulative Jesper Nielsen, when he used Covid restrictions on supplies in Asia as a valid reason for delays in delivery of orders. They were told to “wait“, “have patience“, “orders will be fulfilled“. 

The Next Red Flag came in June, via email to Ambassadors giving the option to use commissions as vouchers or credit for the JN online store. 

Commissions were paid late to those who opted out of this offer. July Commissions were not paid in August as per contract, and are still outstanding.

Ambassadors found many of the jewellery pieces JN offered, for sale on wholesale sites. 

On September 1st, Ambassadors received an email informing them that many countries were put “on hold” with immediate effect, - no prior notice.
Throughout all of these issues, Ambassadors emailed and pleaded with Jesper Nielsen, & Corporate staff, Andrea Laustrup, Kim W. Olsen, Soren Colding, Mark Faulkner, along with others.
Most did not receive a reply.
They then queried on the private Facebook group, but constantly had their comments ignored and deleted. 

On September 10th Ambassadors got notice in a photo style post informing them that JN would cease all network marketing activities globally with immediate effect. 

Within hours Ambassadors found a new online business with exactly the same designs, and worse, their customers could log in using their JN customer login details, therefore it seems Jesper Nielsen & co. transferred customers details and information to a new business, breaching many Data protection Laws.
