My name is Matthew Taylor and my story is quite sensational, so much so, I actually had to forward Mr. Ben Rattray, the CEO of change.org verification information & documents, so there would be no problems or issues with my credibility, nor any questions if I am telling the truth or not. The unbelievable & inconceivable happens when powerful, influential, & wealthy individuals within national politics, national news media, and big business align together to manufacture lies & deceit as the the truth & repeatedly sell the false narrative on a consistent daily basis. Things become so convoluted, stating what the truth is makes you seem/look like a radical that is both "out of touch with reality" & "completely off base", when in reality you may be the only sane individual involved in the equation. In opposition to the previously identified individuals, as a single sole individual, with no means, I stand for truth & honesty. I very strategically took full advantage & utilized an opportunity that presented itself to summarize & narrate the truth to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through a $1 billion dollar insider trading complaint that has gotten traction that isn't going away & must be completed & finalized, I will touch upon my $1 billion dollar insider trading complaint shortly. The resolution/rectification of this multi-faceted issue/problem is applying pressure through this online petition to Mr. Gene L. Dodaro, the 8th Comptroller of the United States (U.S.), to uphold the law & see to it that the U.S. Constitution is followed as it should be, thus far & for quite some time now unbeknownst to the American people both the law & the U.S. Constitution have been abandoned, disregarded, & ignored. Mr. Dodaro is the head of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). The GAO's Mission is to support the Congress in meeting its constitutional responsibilities and to help improve the performance and ensure the accountability of the federal government for the benefit of the American people. The GAO's work in reference/regards to the relevance of why I have gotten them involved within this situation is that their involvement is mandated by the law. The GAO supports congressional oversight by investigating allegations of illegal and improper activities. Now that I have both forewarned you all that my story is sensational & identified who can resolve/rectify it, I will lay out my story, it is actually not too difficult to explain. For the last 20 years now & counting I have invested my life into the development, protection through both U.S. Patent & U.S. Trademark (in my name), & marketing of a great tasting safe & natural enhancement drink called Energy by Nature, a growth hormone (GH) precursor, it's primary ingredient is the amino acid L-Arginine. You drink Energy by Nature either when you take a nap lasting one hour or more, or shortly before you go to bed for the night. While you are sleeping the L-Arginine goes to your pituitary gland and it opens the door to your body's own growth hormone (GH), which enables L-Arginine to circulate through out your body, not at a rate that will cause growth, but at a rate that will greatly improve your over all health profile and energy level. L-Arginine released into the body has been contributed to high libido in both men and women, improved blood pressure and cholesterol readings, increased metabolism, reduction of fat tissue and increase in lean muscle mass, and an overall higher energy level for a sustained amount of time and a more youthful appearance. From its infancy Energy by Nature has had multi-billion dollar potential & this has been both a blessing and a curse, I am praying the blessing far out weighs the curse, recent developments suggest this may in fact be the case. I am a "good actor" through and through and I am committed to doing the right thing even when no one is looking. Inadvertently, in the process of developing, marketing, & laboring to get Energy by Nature on the worldwide market, I got the full and undivided attention of a collection of very "bad actors" who are committed to doing everything but the right thing. Because of the enormity and shocking nature of what comes next in my narrative, it is easier to digest & process, if I first lay things out in a general way & then present the specifics. I drove tractor trailers for six (6) years to independently finance Energy by Nature. It was early to mid April of 2004 & I was driving in Dallas, TX. I was notified from a distant uncle that I had no contact with, to the best of knowledge he didn't even have my phone number nor did he know where I worked, that my mother had pasted away in Dayton, OH, where I am originally from. I immediately left Dallas, TX & went to Dayton, OH. Once I arrived in Dayton, OH and looked into what happened, no ones story was matching up, it wasn't long before I realized that my mother died of foul play. Upon the realization that my mother was murdered, shortly after that there was an attempt made on my life. Thankfully the murder attempt made on my life was thwarted by a policeman who intervened within the situation on his off day & wedding anniversary of all days. The point of killing my mother & attempting to kill me, was to steal Energy by Nature. Now for the specifics, Former President George W. Bush allowed and permitted former Vice President Dick Cheney to have his own Un-Constitutional 'executive assassination ring', this is who was responsible for my mother's murder & my attempted murder. Simultaneously to all of this happening former President George W. Bush was campaigning in Dayton, OH for the 2004 Presidential election. I wasn't privileged to who the police officer that saved my life spoke with, but there was a concern from the Secret Service's standpoint that I would try to retaliate in some way to avenge my mother's cold-blooded murder, which I never contemplated. I was just thankful they were quickly passing through Dayton, OH, I knew they wouldn't be staying long. I was summoned to the police station by the officer who saved my life, once I arrived, it was a setup, 2 Secret Service agents were there waiting for me in the Police station's interrogation room, they then interrogated me with the police officer present and the door open, they said they wanted to see where my head was. After they were convinced that I had no intention of retaliating to avenge my mother's murder in cold blood, which I didn't, they allowed me to leave the interrogation room. They then all followed me to the parking lot and one of the Secret Service agents asked to inspect my tractor trailer, I of course said go ahead, I do not have anything to hide. When he got in the cab and didn't see anything that gave an indication of me plotting anything, he got out of the cab and they all said that I could go. As I approached my truck to leave, he told me if I knew what was good for me I better not ever do anything to avenge my mother's murder, he then told me to continue on with my drinks & that I would make the most money through them than through anyone else. I remained silent and didn't say a word, I then got in my truck and left. Thankfully after a few days, both former President George W. Bush & the Secret Service left Dayton, OH after the scheduled campaign event. My late mother, Norine Taylor, was a woman of very modest means, she definitely didn't qualify to have trust, but back in the late 1970's, she was able to set her estate up in a trust & she did so. Key Bank, out of Cleveland, Ohio, was the executor of my late estate. When Key Bank became aware that my mother was murdered & who was responsible, they immediately did all they could do to back out of being my late mother's executor. A number of improprieties took place with Key Bank's lead estate lawyer that enable me to identify & summarize my mother's murder & file a grievance with the Dayton, Ohio Bar Association, thus documenting my mother's murder in great detail. Given that former President George W. Bush coordinated my mother's murder with the officials in Dayton, Ohio at that time, I wasn't expecting them to move on my drawn up grievance, the important thing was that everything was documented, so it could be addressed someday. I then sent my drawn up grievance, which contained a great deal of enclosures, to multiple individuals & entities of consequence, hoping & praying that I could get some traction. What has proven to be the most important individual that I contacted back then, was then U.S. Senator Barrack Obama, who actually signed for my grievance himself, I sent my grievance via FedEx overnight. Rather than stand for justice & the U.S. Constitution, he is after all a U.S. Constitutional scholar & expert, he elected/decided to help & assist in the illegal cover up of my mother's murder. When President Obama first became President & former President George W. Bush was potentially facing accountability for a lot of what he had done during his Presidency, though my mother's murder was concealed from the public, President Obama's slogan was: "Let's look forward, rather than back", thus attempting/laboring to conceal & hideaway my mother's murder forever. Until now just shy of President Obama leaving office & thankfully being term limited, I have had abandon my efforts of adjudicating my mother's murder. President Obama has insulated himself with individuals, especially within the Department of Justice & at the position of U.S. Attorney General, who will never hold him accountable for his complicity in my late mother's illegal cover up. Realizing both the parameters & limitations that I had to work within while President Obama was comfortably & securely in the midst of his Presidency, completely opposite of the lame duck status he has been in for a long while now, I had to direct all of my energies into Energy by Nature. I successfully registered my company, P-HGH 2 CO., INC., to obtain U.S. Government contracts in reference/regards to Energy by Nature, with an emphasis & priority of implementing Energy by Nature to the five (5) branches of the U.S. Military. A potential $3 billion dollar automatically renewable U.S. Government contract was floated to implement Energy by Nature within all five (5) branches of the U.S. Military. Some time after that, I proposed a three (3) year, $6.4 billion dollar mutually beneficial deal with Coca Cola that got some traction. Coca Cola offered to buy Energy by Nature outright from me, I declined because the years of my life that I have invested within Energy Nature. I explained my preference was going with my proposed mutually beneficial collaborative. Coca Cola appeared to be in position to close out & finalized my proposed mutually beneficial collaborative. It was during this period that Coca Cola illegally purchased $1 billion dollars of their own stock, thus committing insider trading, they knew off of my deal their stock could possibly triple or even quadruple. Shortly after Coca Cola committed insider trading, President Obama involved himself into the equation and disrupted everything because he was concerned my mother's murder would be uncovered & his illegal involvement of helping & assisting in the cover up would be exposed. When Coca Cola became silent after several weeks, I then filed a $1 billion dollar insider trading complaint against Coca Cola with the SEC, TCR Complaint #1423234787228, this provided me an opportunity to summarize everything. Though President Obama thus far has successfully been able to delay my $1 billion dollar insider trading complaint against Coca Cola, TCR#1423234787228, from being processed by over a year & three months now, staving off accountability, I have received an Acknowledged Letter from the SEC that my $1 billion dollar insider trading complaint against Coca Cola, TCR#1423234787228, has progressed despite President Obama's great resistance. It took me some time, almost a complete year, to position myself to independently get Energy by Nature going aside of Coca Cola. Right at the point, I was getting the momentum going in the right direction, Energy by Nature's formulation information was illegally stolen. Through illegal domestic surveillance, President Obama & his administration were able to intercept Energy by Nature's formulation information they knew through illegally spying upon me, that Energy by Nature's formulation information was going to be sent to me. Once President Obama illegally got possession of Energy by Nature's formulation information, it appears he illegally turned it over to Coca Cola. It appears, once Coca Cola illegally got possession of Energy by Nature's formulation information, they acquired the help & assistance of my lead food scientist, who actually physically formulated Energy by Nature, to illegally get Energy by Nature to the mass production stage through their substantial resources. When all of this took place, I resided in Buffalo, NY, I initiated multi-faceted, multi-subjected mattered, U.S. Congressional Inquires spanning from my mother's murder, the theft of Energy by Nature's formulation information, & some other issues/problems that needed to be looked into with the Buffalo, NY U.S. Congressional delegation, which consists of: U.S. Senators Charles Schumer, Kirsten Gillibrand, & U.S. Congressman Brian Higgins. My U.S. Congressional Inquiries, signed, & dated release forms were sent out Tuesday, April 12th of this year (2016), to date Sunday, July 17th of this year (2016), though I am sure a great is and has been going on internally, I have yet to receive any response from them, thus far I am being ignored & disregarded because they have calculated what platform do I have to communicate the truth, an online petition never crossed their minds. They are are just hoping the days make it to months and months make it to years and this all just goes away, which is not going to happen from the things that I have gotten traction from. Shortly before I sent my mutually beneficial proposal to Coca Cola, I setup multiple pages on a number of national & international crowdfunding websites, seeking operating capital/funding for Energy by Nature. Though I felt I did a pretty good job setting up the pages on the crowdfunding websites, to the best of my knowledge no one contributed as much as a $1 to my crowdfunding campaigns. Indiegogo, located in San Francisco, CA, was one of the crowdfunding websites that I setup a page on. It wasn't until I received an unexpected & surprising email from Indiegogo on Monday, April 4th of this year (2016) stating: "Your contributors reached out to us, because they are concerned about your lack of updates and communication on your Indiegogo campaign page". Energy by Nature's formulation information was illegally stolen September of last last year (2015), I received Indiegogo's email roughly 8 months later. I checked the pages that I setup on the crowdfunding websites on a consistent weekly basis, on my end I never saw any activity, no contributions. President Obama & his administration, set it up, so it appeared on my end as though there was no activity, nor any contributions, when in actuality there was a great deal of both. Indiegogo would not have contacted me unless both the activity & contributions were substantial. On Thursday, July 14th of this year (2016), in great detail, I laid everything out to Indiegogo & inquired as to both who contributed to my Indiegogo campaign & how much was contributed. Upon me sending them my lengthy email with attachments, they simultaneously sent me two emails that appeared to be waiting for me in auto response, for when I contacted them via email, it was obvious someone had tipped them off that I would be contacting them. The 1st email was a thank you for contacting them email...request # 988926...saying the would respond back to me shortly. The 2nd email was titled Oops - Update Your Indiegogo Campaign, stating their Monday, April 4th of this year (2016) communication to me was not relevant to me. They said it was intended to remind a few campaign owners to keep their communities up to date on the status of their project. I then responded to them, telling them that that response wasn't going to suffice. I encouraged them to read my lengthy email to them & attachments, I explained this situation is going to get a great deal of scrutiny & possibly criminal prosecution, given multiple people's money is involved. I reiterated what I communicated in my email to them that well before I replied to their email...a number of people had been forwarded their email, and it seems as though they were being illegally influenced & that they were not being honest with me. I concluded my response to the Indiegogo Team by telling them everything that I have seen & experienced concerning/involving the Indiegogo Team was top not and together, not at all consistent with this type of a mistake, I made it clear I didn't believe what I was being told. I assured them that once they read my lengthy response & attachments and they recognized the magnitude of the situation and the potential consequences of not being truthful, they would rethink if they if they don't to be honest & straight forward. Sure enough on Sunday, July 17th of this year (2016), I got an email from an Indiegogo representative stating an investigation is now going to be initiated on an escalated ticket for further review. I was told I would be hearing from them shortly & they thanked me in advance while they complete their investigation. In addition to God willing launching this online petition, I am also going to God willing re-launch my Indiegogo campaign, & all my other campaigns on the other crowdfunding websites that I was on in the past & I plan to on opening up other campaigns on crowdfunding websites that I have not been before. The initial title of my Indiegogo campaign was: Increase Your Sexual Performance & Stamina, the relaunch title will be: Increase Your Sexual Performance & Stamina 2. The vast majority of the national news media has repeatedly received verification documents of what I have communicated within this online petition & they have ignore & disregard it because I am sole, single, individual. They have pledged their allegiance to the powerful, influential, and wealthy within this situation that want to perpetuate lies & deceit, rather than be on the side of truth & honesty. For quite some time now (years) the national news media "day" after "day" has pretended none of the "subject matter" within this communication ever took place, when they knew it did. Now they are in a situation where truth is going to up-end, the lies & deceit they have been pushing. What is in the dark will always eventually come light. As in all cases, it always boils down to the money. Online petitions now have a crowdfunding component to them. One of the biggest reasons thus far that my opposition has been successful in doing what they have done is because I have very limited & dwindling financial means & they are doing everything they can do, even possibly breaking the law, to keep at a level of very limited & dwindling financial means, so they can force me to do as they want me to. Every job application that I put in, I never get a response from, I am pretty sure my opposition is responsible for this.
