Dear Governor Newsom, 

Seaaca shelter in Downey California is routinely euthanizing adoptable animals. We need more communication and transparency between the shelter, rescuers and potentials adopters. They will euthanize an animal who is very adoptable even before the stray hold is up, and even when a rescue has told the shelter they will take the animal. Senseless killings are taking place routinely and on a daily basis. We in the rescue community and animal lovers are mortified by these practices. We need your help to put a stop to these brutal killings.
