The anatomy of nuclear waste meltdown at the Santa Susana Field Lab.

The community is on the edge of a wreckage that has destroyed their families livelihood and killed their love ones in the same breath.

We demand that the defendants in these crimes against humanity follow the rule of law today.

Instead they have placed undue burden on future generations with the lack of managing and disposing of all kinds of radioactive waste and effluents at the Santa Susana Field Lab and surrounding communities.

 As we all know that there is a lot of different variables that comes with nuclear research facilities such as operations, safety requirements, maintenance/managing practices, storage and disposal options, labor laws, nuclear waste contained procedures/ standards and safeguards.

 Never less, the most important preparation and collaboration is between the Federal Monitoring Agency and the facility its selves.

The lack of monitoring the safety guidelines is a gross abuse of the system and power.

The CEO's, owners, managers and workers did not follow the regulatory procedures based on scientific background.

This action was never under taken at this facility and generation down the road it has taken people lives due to their criminal negligence.

Which in term has caused massive murder and manslaughter to the people near the Santa Susana Field Lab.

This culpability still applies to this very moment in time, today.

The regular models of transferring nuclear waste and effluent is described by Basic Radiation Protection Standards, International Atomic Energy ( IAEA ) radiological safety/security programs and International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) recommendations.

Including the Safety Series reports NO 57,1982  guidelines for atmospherics and aquatic dispersion of radio-nuclides issued under the Nuclear Safety Standards ( NUSS)  programme standards in connection with Nuclear Power Plants and Research Centers.

Consequently in this case, the word complicated/ fuzzy thinking, a trance mindset should never enter the minds of folks that live and breath a position at the SSFL/ Rocketdyne facility.

The old owners and current ones did not follow the law in monitoring the body of property/ exposing the truth of the toxic wasteland to the public according to the Nuclear Safety Standards at Santa Susana Field Lab.

In closing, as a human being we have anatomical categories that persist that are problematic and questionable, when other people play God over our lives.

However, a lot of people get stuck in a very strange position and think that its OK to do so. Sort of like what they don't know, will not hurt them mentality. 

This misfortune story comes down to character and how others though they could scan the future of others lives and commit the worst character flaw possible.

Which is to made themselves liable to murder/manslaughter of many fetuses, infants, children, teens, elderly, parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and grandparents  And even loved animals from homes and wild ones.

Well my response to you killers, have you considered the tremendous damage you have caused for the sake of a paycheck and not questioning authority. You knew it was wrong yet nobody spoke up to save peoples lives.

If only you were inclined to be more attentive to the civil and human rights of your victims, you would not be reading this statement and having your own fears and possible regrets if you have a conscious

Human Rights vs. Civil Rights

You say what is the differences between human and civil rights.

With human rights the fundamental though is protection, torture-free, right to life, free expression and a fair "equal protection rights" trail.

Civil Rights on the other hand to protect citizens from discrimination, free speech, due process, equal protection rights.
