We, the residents of Riverside view , object to the granting of an alcohol licence to:

 

Applicant : Great Con SSN( Pty ) Ltd

 

Trade Name of  Establishment :Riverside View Pub

 

Proposed Location: Riverside View Ext35, Coner of Eagle Owl Road and Natal Sand, Erf 4198, Johannesburg

 

 

 

We have an interest in this application that is greater than the general public because +.

 

• The Pub is planned to be located in the middle of Riverside View ext35.
• There are residents less than a kilometre from this chosen area.
 

 

We object to the application for an alcohol license on the grounds of the below

 

• Opposite the chosen, area is a Kids play park and on the other opposite side is a Creche, this is not the site we need our kids to be exposed to.
• We as residents of Riverside are objecting are this application, as we do not condone such a place in the area, as that is part of the reason we decided to purchase property in the area it was peaceful.
• We already have Makro which everyone is happy to be buying from and it closes on time and the is no noise coming from there ,and there will be a mall that will be soon build in the area the applicant is more than welcome to open the business in those premises.
 

• Another reason we do not wish to have this kind of business it will be noisy and will attract more criminals as we are already experiencing break-ins.
 

• Our plan as the community we planning on having the area to be access controlled area which will do no good for the business owner.
