Hello my name is Kaliyah Tripp, I am a current resident of Piedmont Missouri and I’ve seen a “legal” drug plague our small town. 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is a synthetic derivative of Kratom, due to the synthetic nature of this drug and the deceptive marketing as a “Natural pain relief” it is harming families all over our town and country. This drug activates opioid receptors in the brain closer to morphine and fentanyl. Come together and get it out of here!
