Gary Rack Management Group has decided to close down Delray's beloved Fat Rooster, home of the Palm Beach Post's "Best Chicken Sandwhich in America". The Gary Rack Group has decided to replace Fat Rooster with a health oriented restaurant called Farm House Kichen, which opened up on Mothers Day. They have done the same thing before when they closed Tap 42 for their first Farm House. As things stand now there are 2 Farm House Kichens in Boca Raton/ Delray Beach Florida and 0 Fat Roosters. Fat Rooster restored my faith in breakfast again and that's why I ask you to please help me and many other South Floridians by signing this petition since the Gary Rack Group does not understand the impact that closing Fat Rooster has had on our community. Don't stand by and let one of Florida's best southern restaurants and its legacy fade away.
