There are many people who like myself enjoy getting home & enjoying a nice glass of wine after a hard days work.  Or look forward to celebrating an achievement or special occasion that was earned after honest discipline and the sweat of your brow work.  You go to reach for some champagne or wine, proud of yourself & then the dread starts to churn in your belly, do we have any wine? Oh no, what time is it?  What day is it?  Is the liquor store open?  Which one?  Is there one near me or do I need to jump on the freeway & drive to another city? 

I know I am not the only person who has been in this situation on numerous occasions, especially here in Utah.  This may sound silly to some, especially if you don't drink, but replace wine with ice cream or your favorite treat, something you reward yourself with or brings your family together in celebration.  Now picture there is 1 location in your city with strict hours and rules, where you can buy this treat, if you miss the time, you must go to another city.

I am speaking for wine enthusiasts everywhere & especially myself when I ask that you please allow for the sale of wine in grocery stores in Utah.  To be able to purchase wine where I purchase my dinner, at the grocery store.
