Vans is discriminating by failing to offer all of its shoes in their full range of sizes. They offer shoes they deem “womens” designs in fewer size choices than shoes they deem “mens” designs. Despite this, all of their shoes are marked in both mens and womens sizes, and the structure of the shoe remains the same, regardless of color or fabric choice.

This means that as a woman with large feet, or a man who wants to purchase a "womans" design are unable to pick from the same selection as those with "normal" size or taste. 

It's incredibly hurtful and unfair, particularly when the shoes are already being made in a wider variety of sizes, so the facilities exist... the choices are purely based on someone opinion of what colors people should be allowed to wear based on size and gender.
