 It has come to our attention that off market Dark Pool trades are killing the free trade market in every way. Since the crash of 2008, Hedge Funds have been in total control of all price action in almost any stock to date. 

 The stocks are highly shorted, with leverage hedging on front and back end prices. We as a people want to take our market back, and the only ways to do so is to ban and suspend all dark pool trading allowed, as well as the illegal naked short selling of all stocks. Help us get there by signing and submitting it to all. The SEC, has turned a blind eye on the so called MEME stocks "GME and AMC". Its time to stop it where it starts from the top.

Market manipulation,Dark Pool trading, illegal naked short selling, FTD,  and a host of other recorded trades are hurting and bankrupting companies weekly throughout our great country. 

This is why we need to "BAN" Dark Pool trading and fine each company or companies that assist or control these type of transactions in our free market today. We want them shut down and fined a minimum of $100,000 for every transaction filed, and up to a maximum of $3,000,000,000 and all trading privileges and further trading in general be revoked. These are the steps we have to take, to claim our market back. We as a people have had enough, its time for the little guy to fight back.

Mr. Gary Gensler, we as a people have voted, and demand action immediately. You are being given a demand by the people for the people. You have very limited time left to do the right thing.
