One month ago a beautiful grey and white 8 month old cat was taken into  your care. She was healthy, happy and robust, with bright eyes and a stunning coat.

One month later she was no longer eating, was skin and bones, and was bleeding from ulcers in the mouth.

The call went out on 5th March 2015 for a rescue to take her under Duty Of Care, but it was too late. This beautiful girl died at the vets.

It is an absolute disgrace that your staff were so blind as to not see her suffering.

While nothing will bring this sweet innocent girl back changes need to be made now to ensure this never happens again!
