In Coolbaugh Township, A Pocono Country Place, a female Doe has been roaming around with an arrow stuck through its face. The game commission says they can't do anything as long as she is able to function. She is most certainly suffering and possibly starving to death. Please sign this petition to compel the Game Commission and PCP to locate this Doe and either put her down humanely, or bring her to a rehabilitation center. This is an in humane injustice to this animal and has caused great distress among our local community. We ask that you locate this animal at any cost and do as the community is asking of you. The Poconos and it's residents are very disturbed by this horrible tragedy that you refuse to do anything about.
