Gain the Ability to Block Users who Blocked You First on LinkedIn

Gain the Ability to Block Users who Blocked You First on LinkedIn
The Issue
In the professional world, maintaining the privacy and security of one’s information is paramount. I've encountered an alarming issue on LinkedIn that threatens this core principle, and I'm urging LinkedIn to address it urgently.
Currently, if a user blocks you first, you are unable to view their profile at all in order to block them back. This means any malicious party can unblock you and view your full name, career information, connections, and more. They can then use this information however they see fit and you wouldn't ever know or be able to address it.
LinkedIn boasts more than 700 million users worldwide, making it the most popular professional networking platform. Its primary aim is to connect professionals, promote career growth, and provide a safe networking environment. But this existing flaw undermines the safety and privacy of its users, leaving them vulnerable to privacy breaches by anyone who has previously blocked them. I had also searched about this issue online, and this has been a prevalent issue for nearly a decade now. This is a monumental failure on LinkedIn's part and needs to be addressed immediately.
According to LinkedIn's own data policies, user privacy is of utmost importance. However, this loophole contradicts their mission to protect user information. LinkedIn should allow all users to access just enough of another user's profile to be able to block them regardless of whether they had blocked you first or not, thus preventing them from accessing your information. This action would prevent potential privacy violations and help users feel more secure about the information they share on the platform.
This petition calls on LinkedIn to consider the safety and privacy of its users by implementing a feature that restricts those who have blocked a user from simply unblocking and viewing all their information.
For the sake of all LinkedIn users who value their privacy and safety, I urge LinkedIn to close this dangerous loophole. By signing this petition, you're advocating for a safer, more secure LinkedIn experience for everyone. Please join me in demanding change today.
