I am starting a petition to ask as to support the spay and neuter campaign.

This has been kindly put together by many volunteers and contributions from all over world.

City Hall in Bacau is not supporting the Spay and Neuter Campaign organised and paid for by Sadies Stray Dog Rescue and supported by RAR/ASNI.

The whole purpose of this campaign is to help you rid the streets of unwanted dogs and to end the needless suffering of many helpless dogs.

The conditions these poor canines have to live in both on the streets and inside the public shelter can only be described as inhumane. 

A city over run by dogs, where the shelter is a hell hole of 2000 dogs and puppies come in every single day to die of disease and starvation.

Any person who has the welfare of animal at heart would not standby and let these poor creatures be subjected to such pain and suffering, the only way that this can be brought under control and/or eradicated is by stopping them being born in the first place, I implore you to allow the campaign to continue and help halt the needless suffering these dogs endure on a daily basis.

Please will you give due consideration in the interest of these animals and your local citizens.
