Daniel Joseph Fitzpatrick was a 13 year old boy who took his own life after consistently being bullied. Danny's Law would strip teachers and administrators of their licenses if they fail to help a bullied child, and hold the parents of bullies financially responsible for the victims medical and funeral expenses. The bullies deserve to be charged as accomplices to the crime.
