COVID-19 has impacted the lives of students tremendously. On top of loads of schoolwork, we’ve had to adjust our lives to stay safe while getting an education in the middle of a pandemic. Many of our families have been affected by COVID-19, some students have even been diagnosed with the virus and we’re still expected to stay on top of our work. The students of Fort Valley State University feel as if we should be offered the “Pass/No Pass” option like many other universities and colleges. The “Pass/No Pass” option will help us continue working towards our degree without tarnishing our GPA.  Many students’ GPAs will suffer from the lack of hands-on teaching that this great university is supposed to offer. Offering this option for classes of a student’s choice would help relieve some of the stress caused by the past several months.
