Anyone who has used FA knows the pain of sending in a trouble ticket. Days, weeks, even months later, and you may never get an answer.
Not only is this aggravating, but it lets trolls, harassers, art thieves and others do as they wish. It shows that FA is not concerned for their users and members.

Various accounts of tickets not being answered are as follows: 
cub/child pornography
realistic nudity
images of real guns being used/violation of firearms 
art theft from various people on various accounts
harassment
and many more.
The most resent trouble ticket being 2 months old, never answered.
The oldest taking 5 months to answer.
As well as one posted as of last night, by more than one user, and still not answered.

As fellow members of Furaffinity, we compel you to sign this petition.
Allow FA staff to see how we would like to support or change this ongoing issue. 
Compel them to allow volunteers or extra part time staff the ability to answer these problems that they seemingly do not have time for.
Allow furaffinity to be the best site it can be, by bringing attention to the trouble tickets. 
Without the support of the fan base, this site would never reach its full potential.
