A video came to light of a groomer with this company beating a dog across the face multiple times. What's worse, the owners are supporting this groomer, stating it was a one time incident and they are confident it will never happen again. There is absolutely no excuse for this groomer to have treated this poor helpless dog this way and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for not immediately firing this person.
