Fire Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi for Defamation of Character

Fire Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi for Defamation of Character
The Issue
In Jan-Feb 2019, a smear campaign on Twitter led by Monica Rial and Jaime Marchi, led to Vic Mignogna (hereafter "Vic"), a voice actor with over 20 years of experience, being fired from Funimation Productions, LLC (hereafter "Funimation") on allegations of sexual assault and harrassment, of which there is no upstanding evidence to support such claims.
Monica Rial, her fiance Ron Toye, Jamie Marchi, and others are still continuing to defame Mignogna despite urgings from followers on Twitter, Facebook, and other forms of social media, having 400+ defamatory posts to their names, and have shown explicit disregard of such warnings.
Funimation has no problem firing Vic over allegations with no evidence, but when shown explicit proof of defamation for the last 5-6 months by their employees with disregard to their employer's reputation, they are silent.
This cannot stand any longer. Due process is a right, not a privilege.
We, the undersigned, request that Funimation terminate the employment of Rial and Marchi based on the claim of defamation of character and libel. We request that Funimation submit a formal apology to Vic, as well as the shareholders, and their parent company, Sony.
