I’m sorry so many people have had similar experiences, this industry needs to be regulated. We have reached so many people in such a short time span, I know we can get this all the way and ensure dignity and respect for all our loved ones. 
Regulating funerals is possible, the code exists, the associations exist, the minister for funerals exists. Bringing all of these together is possible and together we can make sure no other family has to suffer the same horrors.
