Funding Needed for Spay and Neutering Community and Feral Cats

The Issue

The City of Fresno has around 545,000 residents and Fresno County has over 1,000,000 residents.  We are the 5th largest city/county in the State of California.   However, we have failed our animals by not demanding more from our elected officials to provide funding for spay and neutering.  We need our voices heard every day, every month, every year until they hear us loud and clear.   We need to demand better so that our shelters, fosters and rescues are not overwhelmed with kittens.   We have a very large feral and community cat population that is not under control.   Please sign this petition to send your support for change.
