The problem is littering. Every citizen in New York had most likely been aware of littering around streets, or sidewalk. I care about this issue because littering is showing little to no care/compassion to the environment we live in. Everybody had either practiced or had been aware of littering so why don't we make a change to cleaning that litter so it could maybe make our community a little cleaner/better.
