Fund Thurles Bypass - Put the project on the National Developmnent Plan.

The Issue

The Thurles Bypass project is currently NOT on the National Development Plan (NDP) & therefore will NOT receive funding to go ahead as it stands.

In 2025, Transport Infrastructure Ireland will conduct a mid-term review of the NDP.
