A New Jackson Mann is Coming. Submit Your Feedback to the City

Last Thursday, Mayor Wu stood in front of us at the Jackson Mann auditorium and gave us the first clear and definitive commitment from the city that they are going to rebuild our community center before the end of the century.
What we won is a commitment to rebuild Jackson Mann. What we still need is to see it on the city budget, a construction timeline, and a continuity plan for the current programs that will be displaced during construction. In other words, everything we were demanding in the first place.
The first milestone is 30 days of public feedback on what we want for the redevelopment project. They say the plot is too big for just a community center, so what do we want in addition? Please see the plan below, and then give your feedback to the city in the form.
We understand that the city has to balance the needs of many constituents. We can see from the title of this survey, entitled "BCYF Allston-Brighton Programming and Siting Study," does not put a community center at the top of their priorities list. We must therefore stay vigilant to hold them to rebuilding our community center.
Please provide your input to the city so they can meet their goal of completing the public needs assessment by the end of 2026.
