Please follow the wise decision made by Savannah-Chatham County, DeKalb County Public School Districts, and many others, to NOT reopen for in-person learning in August, as it would not be safe while the coronavirus continues to spread.  The health and life of our children and teachers are our TOP priority.

Please offer remote learning that is led by our own schools' teachers.  This will make a full curriculum possible and encourage the interaction between/among students and teachers, while still ensuring funding for our schools.

The school district should re-evaluate the pandemic situation each month to see when it is safe to re-open schools.
