My trans veteran biracial & homeless son was accosted by Mountainview police on March 30, 2020, then arrested, knocked him out, raped him, then booked.  Refused him a RAPE KIT! Upon release next day went to Sanford Hospital. Had rape kit done.Palo Alto was to investigate. He filed a complaint on MV police. M.V.police then towed his truck. Days later a Female MV officer filed a bogus report that he was stalking her. He was arrested. Beaten by officers in jail . He got aconcussion. They have also hurt his back. They have tried to get him committed to psych hospital. Dr said he was fine. He takes no psych meds. They are trying to cover up for the officers that are commuting the crimes of RAPE!! And BRUTALITY! They with held food, basic hygiene & clean clothing for days. Beat him, sexually assaulted him, Allowed no ph calls. Have put him in a hazmat cell with feces all over walls . Now they have him in psych area cell. Public Defender says they are going to give him 2years at Mental Health Hospital!  He has filed Tortes against the city, county , and the jail and they are trying to keep him from deadline to file the rape charges and obtain the evidence. It’s all a big coverup to protect their own! This whole system needs reformed. Plus they DO NOT like trans people. Several inmates have died on the male side. 1 just last week. I pray that my son is not next!
