discusses Russia’s proposal to use its frozen assets:

 "Russia has floated the idea of using part of the roughly $300 billion in frozen Russian assets in Europe to fund Ukraine’s reconstruction — but only if some of that money goes toward Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine that Moscow seeks to absorb."

 "Russia has insisted that any agreement would need to allow funds to be allocated to Russian-occupied territories, which it considers an integral part of its territorial claims."

Don`t allow it! Territories must be De-occupied from russia! Russian assets cannot be returned to Russia!
