Violators of the Budapest Memorandum agreements are planning to violate the Constitutional rights of Ukrainian citizens on Wednesday , March 12th 2025, in Saudi Arabia. Stop the lawlessness!

This is Article 13 of the Constitution of Ukraine:
"The land, its subsoil, atmospheric air, water and other natural resources located on the territory of Ukraine, the natural resources of its continental shelf, exclusive (marine) economic zone are objects of property rights of the Ukrainian people. On behalf of the Ukrainian people, the right of property is exercised by state authorities and local self-government bodies within the limits determined by this Constitution.
Every citizen has the right to use natural objects of property rights of the people in accordance with the law.
Property obliges. Property should not be used to the detriment of man and society.
The state ensures the protection of the rights of all subjects of property rights and management, the social orientation of the economy. All subjects of property rights are equal before the law."
Only citizens of Ukraine have the right to the resources of their country! We demand de-occupation, not neo-colonization!
