Ensure Comments for all Videos are as they were, with all prior to 2020 still being there

The issue

2019 is over in less then 48 hours, meaning that COPPA will soon be in affect. It's not easy finding someone who can help with preventing them, those lawyers I contacted about the situation hadn't even responded to me, it's not easy getting suggestions of ways to fight back out to every YouTuber out there. I've not even been able to mark my channel, as I keep coming up with this whenever I go into it: https://studio.youtube.com/

We can only that all that was being said onto the FTC Website is being read of and appreciated, how we'd be able to tell for certain is that all comments on all videos we commented on videos still standing are still there, that the family friendly stuff there is to watch online is still there, that playlists are all as they're supposed to be, and that no YouTuber is in peril. Some people like KreekCraft were fortunate enough to speak about it at the FTC Headquarters, being assured what I mentioned in the previous sentence will be the way to tell that we haven't been let down. No YouTube Creator wants to be using the site for babysitting as much as they don't want to lose being able to do what they've been known to do for many years. I certainly hope that people will be still willing to fight back once COPPA has gone into effect, YouTube is supposed to be a place for watching just about anything, sharing thoughts on what you watch is also very appreciated.

I've been supporting all there is with fighting back against COPPA, YouTube means everything to me, I've lost interest in getting hold of DVDs over watching stuff online, there I'd be able to watch these stuff whenever I desire when it's the right time to do so, allow with sharing my thoughts on what I watch and see what others think. These past few years I've been worried about YouTube returning to how it was prior to 2014 before the ways that Google+ improved the place came to be, I don't even update the YouTube App because of my concerns (indeed I do only use YouTube on Mobile Devices these days). Watching stuff online also means everything to me, especially when it comes to stuff I don't already own/stuff I haven't owned for years/stuff I more prefer to watch online/stuff that helps me be educated/stuff I'm unable to see not online/among many other things that YouTube is used for. Other things I like to use YouTube for is watching Specials and Grand Occasions/Events which are very lucky to up on somewhere like YouTube, for instance with these Muppet Anniversaries/Specials in this playlist that I was lucky to’ve watched most of during this year and wouldn’t mind doing so again in like 5 years time: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZLCn6eOKOyEa68AX3UTfsy4V0xnNeceQ

So I certainly hope as much as anyone that COPPA will be able to get an understanding as to what YouTube's supposed to exist for, and that all the petitions out there are able to succeed even without 1000000 signatures. What would be nice as well as those petitions is something that'll be impossible to not be noticed by the FTC, for instance with what Official YouTube Accounts have to say about COPPA, I know well of how they'd expect their videos to have comments on them each and every year. So what I'm petitioning about with COPPA being in affect is that once the meaning of comment sections on all videos being left as they are that they're left they'd never been gone by COPPA, with every comment on the video still being there with all the replies and thumbs ups that they've received and that they're still editable with unlimited characters, even if it means that they can only be readale if you're logged in and at a certain age.
