Consider having Another Congress Meeting about COPPA Sometime in 2021

The issue

Throughout this year, I myself compared to previous years have been avoiding the use of YouTube as I'm unwilling to see how the effects of COPPA have turned out after we failed to prevent it from being enforced, of which includes Christmas related stuff that I'd only watch online when close to Christmas of each year. Basically the only way I've been able to see YouTube Videos throughout the year are through being put up onto sites, in order to view comments they're receiving though you'd actually have to go into YouTube, all videos are expected to be receiving such unless the owner of certain ones does not wish for to be such.

On January 13th of this year, a congress meeting had taken place about COPPA which hundreds of YouTubers like myself submitted to, unfortunately we never heard the results from it, nor have I myself heard from any Senators and Lawyers who I thought would be able to help with abolishing the effects of COPPA, since I mean surely they'd know what YouTube is supposed to exist for. Lately I started to question if the FTC even read any of what we said on their website towards the end of last year, especially those about COPPA being enforced on YouTube being a terrible decision: https://www.regulations.gov/docketBrowser?rpp=25&so=DESC&sb=commentDueDate&po=0&dct=PS&D=FTC-2019-0054

Sometime in 2021, I think the FTC should have another congress meeting that recaps on how the first year of how the first year of COPPA's effect on the place that's supposed to exist for watching just about anything, and to determine if it's worth continuing. This congress meeting should also invite in certain YouTubers, a Senator or so from Washington, and even some of he Parents of those that let their children watch stuff on YouTube so that they can give their word on what they believe YouTube should exist for and how they themselves make use of it.

So whatever the end results end up being with what can be done about COPPA, I certainly hope it'll be something that's able to have all comments on all videos to be as they were prior to 2020 as if nothing happened to them, of which of course includes having them still being editable and having unlimited characters, of which had been amongst those improvements that came to YouTube in late 2013 that shouldn't ever be done away with.
