I have 4 sons 2 have kids that their not allowed to see all because their no longer with the mother of their kid or kids. All tho their entitled to pay child support despite rather they can spend time or be in their kids lives it’s a very hurtful emotional process for the kids and the dads all because the mother has ill will due to other personal reasons that have nothing to do with the kids. It’s not fair that dad’s have no real rights to kids when their born only the mom does which allow mom’s to use kids as a pawn over the dad for whatever reason. This needs to be changed for the sake of kids and dads all over the world. This could be a really good step to help stop so many kids from growing up fatherless. There’s clearly some laws that need to be looked at and revisited at this point because how is that even fair when it takes 2 people to make a kid but only 1 has rights to the kid? Makes no sense why a man has to pay and fight to be in kid or kids lives and that’s the only way the courts will even listen to a dad just totally not acceptable. Men deserve some kind of rights to Kids as well when born. A mom should have to show true cause as to why she feels the need to not allow a dad to see his kid or kids and not have the right to just say no the dad can’t see the kid because she’s hurt or upset because the relationship didn’t work out the way she may have planned.
