The school year hasn't started yet, but the patterns of poor behavior have. The water polo participant numbers are low yet again. This isn't surprising being the Summer program was crap. They haven't had full teams since Echo was operating out of FHS. If FHS had strong inspiring coaches, this wouldn't be an issue.
