After years of coaching, Coach Vinuela has announced that he will be starting a club with a modest $55 fee. I find the timing of this very precarious. This is just another ploy to sweep this under the rug. It's clear he will never give the kids what the previous program did.

Coach Vinuela has shown his patterns over the last few years, he isn’t all of a sudden an engaged coach that cares about kids.

Patterns recap - 

• Left kids in Santa Cruz the summer of 2021.
• Sleeps through practice.
• On his cell phone during his boys water polo games.
• Documented anger outburst towards coaches and athletes, typically aimed at women and girls.
• Open harassment of female coaches. 

Coach Vinuela's club does not satisfy correcting the issue's described in this petition. He has burned his bridges with parents and many student athletes. As a new wave of younger siblings prepare to join FHS in Fall, I would like to remind FUSD, we are not going anywhere. Do better. Be better. Our kids deserve it.
