Community Citizens of Fresno Ca. Would like to put an end to kill rates of animals in Fresno City SPCA. There have been many incidents of dogs tagged for rescue and dogs that are Microchipped and owners have not been contacted. Many documented incidents will be available. Please help bring about change lets make this a no kill/ low kill shelter like Fresno Humane.
