Debbie, Daphne's mother reports, on December 5, 2012 at approximately 11:20am Daphney and Logan, Debbie's pets, got out of Debbie's Crystal Tree Apartment in Fresno California. Logan was almost immediately located but not Daphney. At approximately 11:37am Debbie received a call from the manager of Crystal Tree Apartments reporting that a maintenance worker had Daphney and Debbie was provided the location of where she could pick Daphney up within the complex. Upon approaching the worker conflicting information was given and Debbie was then told Daphney ran off but the worker wouldn't disclose the direction Daphney ran in. Debbie reports attempting to make a police report, but was told she was unable to by her local police department. Debbie also states receiving an anonymous call stating that the maintenance worker had run Daphney over with the work golf cart and she was dead. At this time Debbie is seeking assistance in filing an appropriate police report related to the alleged pet theft and animal cruelty. Debbie is also requesting an appropriate investigation and that any people suspected of involvement be appropriately questioned/investigated. Debbie would simply like Daphney home. 

Speaking up for Daphney and her owner/mother will send a clear message that animal cruelty and pet theft will not be tolerated in Fresno California.
