We the undersigned oppose Israel's continuing genocide against the Palestinian people and recognise the worldwide campaign to boycott and divest from Israel. As part of that campaign we seek that the City of Fremantle ensure they are not contracting with Israeli companies and, to achieve this outcome, we demand council pass the following motion:

The City of Fremantle will support the purchasing of goods and services from businesses that respect human rights and international law.

This means: under no circumstances will the City purchase goods and services from companies and entities complicit in the continuing genocide in Gaza or in international crimes being perpetrated by Israel against the Palestinian people in the West Bank.
