Prim is a tiny French Bulldog, rescued from Hungary where she was used for breeding. She was saved from a horrible life by the simply amazing people at French Bulldog Saviours Rescue in December 2021 and was delivered to us in Leeds on their brilliant Freedom Bus. The charity named her Paris, though we thought Prim(rose) suited her better, and it's stuck.

In less than a fortnight, we've lavished her with love and affection, taught her about beds, toys and delicious food - all new stuff to her. She's gone from being a skinny, scared little dot of a dog, to a sassy, naughty little princess, and even though our house will never be safe again, we love it! Our existing rescue, Frank, has also seen a change in his life thanks to Prim. He's playing more, he's even sharing his bed with Prim (not that she gives him any choice). She's still got a long way to go with her skin conditions, house training, and not chewing Apple products, but we can't wait to see how she grows.

Now here's the thing. Prim goes up for adoption this weekend and as her foster family we're allowed to apply, however anyone with eyes and a brain is going to want to take her on, and we can't bear the idea that might have to let her go... Life without her little face will be much sadder, and think of poor Frank.
