We, the People of the United States, are filing a petition to call on Congress to take immediate action and pause the power given to Donald John Trump, James David Vance and the appointed leaders and individuals listed below until a thorough and bipartisan investigation is performed regarding the intent of and the potential harmful effects of rescinded and enacted Executive Orders that this administration has and will continue to do if not stopped.

We, the People of the United State,s recognize the recent executive orders, both rescinded and signed by Donald J. Trump, current President of the United States of America, as Domestic Terrorism as defined by U.S. Code at 18 U.S.C. 2331(5) as defined by the FBI which states:

“Involving acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;

“• Appearing to be intended to: 

o Intimidate or coerce a civilian population

o Influence the policy of government by intimidation or coercion;…”

Within 2 weeks of taking office as the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump and his administration has actively engaged, with the help, support, and guidance of the aforementioned, in enacting Executive Orders, some of which are highly unconstitutional, which unfairly target people of color, the LGBTQ community, and women. The following is a list of examples by which he, and this administration, have enacted abuse of power to target American citizens by either intimidation or by the incitement of “mob mentality” to do the same:

·        Utilizing intimidation tactics against federal employees with threats of or acts of firing without cause.

·        The unconstitutional removal of inspector generals who do not support Mr. Trump or his administration’s agendas.

·        The unlawful removal of oversight committees which are sanctioned to Protect the People such as the rapid dismantling of the Aviation Safety Committee, the hiring freeze of FAA air traffic controllers, the dismantling of the School Safety Board and the attempt to fire hundreds of FBI agents, many of whom were involved in the lawful investigation of Donald J. Trump for the removal of classified US documents onto his own private property AND his role in the 2020 insurrection of the Capitol. This is a blatant abuse of power used for acts of retaliation when the protection of US citizens should be the absolute priority.

·        The unlawful detainment of both immigrants and legal citizens who are not of European descent using racial profiling and draconian methods of reporting and showcasing their deportation from the country.

·        The federal removal of all holidays that celebrate the different ethnic backgrounds and cultures of the constituents who make up this nation.

·        The freezing of federally funded programs, including freezes that were deemed unconstitutional, which millions of Americans rely on.

·        The intent to cut trillions of dollars in federally funded programs in order to extend absurd tax breaks to the wealthy. This is yet another step towards the Trump Administration’s move towards Oligarchal rule which has been evidenced by the special relationships he has actively and publicly formed with billionaires who increased their wealth by billions due to these tax cuts and legislation that benefited them personally while undercutting their employees.

·        The intentional dissemination of false information to promote an increase in white nationalism. The most recent example, at the time of the authoring of this petition, was Donald J. Trump’s public use of the recent DC airline collision as an opportunity to blame people of color and people with disabilities despite neither of these groups being responsible for the crash.

·        The promotion of the removal of the protection of women to hold bodily autonomy and an ongoing attempt to invoke a national abortion ban which will result in a substantial increase in preventable deaths as well as a loss of freedom for millions of women. This is a direct attack on women who comprise approximately 50.5% of our population.

·        The blatant conflicts of interest due to Donald J. Trump’s lack of divestments and the use of his position as President, President elect or a Presidential candidate to sell products and make personal profits.

·        The pardoning of violent insurrectionists and convicted terrorists setting a dangerous precedent that violence done in his name, for his honor, as a show of personal loyalty to him, will be tolerated and excused.

·        The investigation and filing of lawsuits against media outlets that don’t participate in the spread of false information or won’t show feats of personal loyalty to Donald J. Trump or his administration but instead report on facts. This is an attempt to choke honest media outlets so that We the People will not be informed of ongoing and upcoming corrupt and dangerous acts of his Presidency. This will cement his authoritarian government.

·        The promotion of unqualified individuals whom millions of United States citizens identify as both traitors to this country as well as white nationalist extremists, one of which who publicly performed a Nazi salute in front of millions of viewers, worldwide, with zero consequences.

We, the People, recognize the unsurmountable corruption of our current United States government and, as a response, are able and willing to enact the 2nd Amendment as our civil duty to remove a government that no longer serves its people. We are a diverse nation comprised of every race from every country and should be recognized and celebrated for the contributions that we have collectively made and continue to make FOR this country. We are a people comprised of different genders and sexual preferences and reserve the right to live a peaceful, law-abiding life where we are all protected equally under the law. We are a people comprised of different talents, abilities and disabilities that allow us to serve this nation in a variety of ways in both governmental and non-governmental means. We deserve to be represented. We deserve to be heard. And we will not be intimidated by this or any other administration whose goal it is to have us wiped from history and from this country.

We the People recognize that these are unprecedented times that bear strong similarities to the German movement towards Nazism in the late 1930’s to the mid 1940’s. During that time, millions of innocent people were persecuted under the law. We, the People, will NOT allow that to happen to us here and therefore are calling on swift and unprecedented action.

We the People find Donald John Trump, current 47th President of the United States, guilty of treason both on January 6, 2020 as well as currently while serving office. We, the People, identify Donald J Trump, James David Vance, Russel Vought, Tom Homan, Stephen Miller, Kevin Roberts, Elon Musk, Kash Patel and Pete Hegseth as Enemies of the People.

We petition members of Congress to swiftly and efficiently form a bipartisan investigation, which will hold no authors or public supporters of Project 2025 which is a direct attack on the majority of American people, into the election of Donald J. Trump and James David Vance as well as the intentions behind the recently rescinded and signed Executive Orders.  We petition members of Congress to temporarily halt any additional Executive Orders, firings or replacement of any government employees by the Trump administration and the reinstatement of all government officials fired since 1/20/2025 by the Trump administration.

We, the People, are not safe under this administration and it is our elected government officials’ responsibilities to speak and act on our behalf.
