The recent property reassessment—Delaware’s first since the 1980s—has been implemented with zero transparency, flawed data, and no meaningful public input.

Families across our state are seeing increases of 20%, 40%, even 70%, just for living in their homes—while powerful interests walk away with savings.

We believe:

An immediate freeze on the 2025 reassessment
A full independent audit of the process and its impact
Public hearings to investigate how and why this tax shift occurred
A reassessment process that puts people over profit
