“Uluslararası Koruma” kapsamında 7 yıldır Türkiye’de yaşayan İran asıllı sanatçımız (müzisyen) Shahoo Gazeranchi (Ohash) ; 26.04.2023 tarihinde Göç İdaresi tarafından görüşmeye çağırıldı. Avukatlarımız aracılığıyla katıldığı görüşmenin ardından,
aynı gün haklı bir sebep gösterilmeksizin Ankara İl Emniyet Müdürlüğünde gözetim altına alındı. 

Ardından; “Ankara Valiliği İl Göç İdaresi Müdürlüğü” tarafından Ohash hakkında, attığı tweetler ve tweette yaşanılan olaylar nedeniyle, “kamu düzenini tehlikeye soktuğu” gerekçesiyle haksız biçimde SINIR DIŞI ETME kararı alındı. 

Ohash 26.04.2023 tarihinden itibaren sınır dışı edilmek üzere gözetim altındadır. Ohash (Shahoo Gazeranchi) herhangi bir hedef göstermemiş ve kötü niyetli bir eylemde bulunmamıştır. Mağduriyetine sebep olan olay hakkında özgürce fikir beyan etmek, yaşadığı süreci anlatmak her bireyin en doğal hakkıdır. Avukatlar sürecin takipçisidir. Karara itiraz edilerek, en yakın zamanda Ohash’ın özgürlüğüne kavuşmasını istiyoruz. 

Ohash, birth name Shahoo Gazeranchi, is an 18-year-old Iranian refugee rapper currently living in Turkey. Born into a musical family that was forced to flee Iran due to the oppressive regime's stance against music and freedom, Ohash has faced considerable adversity in his life. His family's move to Turkey was necessitated by his father's death sentence issued by the Iranian government.

Arriving in Turkey at the age of 8, Ohash quickly adapted to his new environment. Despite the language barrier, he learned Turkish in just two years. He and his father eked out a living by busking on the streets of Ankara, where he was discovered by well-known Turkish rapper Ezhel, who gave Ohash his rapper name.

His transition into hip-hop was seamless. Despite facing poverty and often having to sleep on the streets, Ohash managed to reach millions in Turkey through his music. His profound ability to integrate into Turkish society is evident in his thinking, speaking, and even dreaming in Turkish, to the point where he feels as though he is Turkish.

However, recent events have cast a shadow on his journey. After politely criticizing the police's poor treatment of him in a series of tweets, Ohash was arrested. The decision has been made to deport him, a resolution we strongly oppose. We believe it is crucial to rally public support, as it could be a significant factor in this case.
