There will be two information sessions regarding the proposed rezoning at Elton Adelphia-Iron Bridge at Municipal Hall on Tuesday, December 14th. You can attend at the time most convenient for you as the township promises they will be identical in format. The meetings will be at 2:00pm and at 6:00pm and will include a short presentation before the floor is opened for questions and comments.
Please share this information with your neighbors. There are other options for this land besides allowing a developer to build 21-25 homes. If you are a parishioner at St. Robert's, I encourage you to reach out to parish leadership about alternatives to selling to a property developer. In the past, the church was hoping to use the land as a cemetery- perhaps that is an option. They could also sell the land to the township or county as open space/a park. Bring your ideas to the parish and to the meeting!
