Well, Friends...
Taira is in the news, at least a little. The latest talk about keeping it quiet again is not too convincing, because we have already tried that. The word is out, and I see no reason to trust russian secret services second time on one and the same promise, which they had already broken once. 
We are at 5, 288 signatures now, and the new goal is 7,500, which will increase the chances of the decision makers to react. Each signature sends an email to Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders, and WHO (World Health Organization).
