Hello, my name is Tyree Wallace, and I am writing to thank you for your support! Twenty-four years ago, a neighborhood hero Mr. John Young Su Kang had his life taken. His family and our community lost an absolute giant that night.

That tragedy was then compounded by my false arrest, trial and conviction for crime in which I had absolutely no involvement. For twenty-four years, I have been steadfast within my proclamations of innocence. For twenty-four years I have been fighting to clear my name, for twenty-four years I have met resistance to have credible evidence of actual innocence acknowledged by our justice system. Your activism, your support and your voice will eventually force those in power to act! Our righteous mission for justice is just about to move to the next level. I ask of you, my supporters of justice to be ready to amplify your voices. In the coming weeks the #freetyreewallace campaign will have direct ways that your voice can be heard. United in what is right we will not be denied. I thank you all for your prayers and efforts, I am eternally grateful.
