AN APPEAL TO RELEASE TOMAS DOMINADO, JR.

WE ARE CONCERNED citizens from the family, relatives, and friends of Tomas Dominado, Jr.

WE ARE DEEPLY troubled by the extraordinary situation of Tomas Dominado, Jr. who was arrested on warrants for rebellion and murder on December 5, 2024, and is presently under hospital confinement. His caregiver, Jofel Licoto, was arrested on a “planted” pistol and slapped with ridiculous charges by the police. 

“TOM” is 74, paralyzed in the right side of his body and limbs, and suffers from frequent attacks of hypertension and complications of diabetes and other ailments. He is completely immobile and can only lie down and sit when assisted. He cannot even complete his meals without help. Clearly, he is not a “flight risk."

WE APPEAL for humanitarian consideration for Tom to ease his suffering, that he be allowed to be taken custody in the care of his loved ones in a relatively comfortable condition while he faces in court the charges filed against him.
