Kentucky law no longer requires a pool the size of our community pool to have a lifeguard on duty when open. Sign this petition to extend pool hours beyond the availability of swim safe life guards. Swim safe not being able to staff lifeguards should not stop the members of this community from enjoying and utilizing the amenities they pay for.
