Following sspca's assessment of the horse 10 days ago and my subsequent complaint to their head office that their opinion of no visible injuries therefore they have no concerns concludes their findings being unsatisfactory, their non response to my complaint is extremely unsatisfactory, especially when I submitted the petition showing public concern! 

What about the mental, emotional and spiritual injuries inflicted and endured and still ongoing for this poor horse? He has no voice!!! We are his voice. He may look physically fine but his eyes, the window to his soul tell a different story.  He's broken, his non reaction or interest in his surround and approach from other creatures or humans are proof of this! Shame on you sspca ��
