A horse has been kept in appalling, inhumane and unsatisfactory conditions and environment over a period of several years. Despite numerous complaints and concerns from members of the public, the horse still endures a Daily existence of standing in a very small space tightly tethered with a CHAIN around his neck restricting movement and the ability to access the grass surrounding his mucky stance. The owner is uncooperative and unapproachable to have a reasonable conversation and refuses all offers of appropriate, alternative and generous field space to accommodate the horse. It's absolutely cruel and inhumane, breaching the 5 Freedoms. Members of the public passing by on the main road by vehicle or walking on the public pathway where the horse is kept are extremely distressed and sickened by the situation. 

Sspca in our area don't seem to take our complaints or concerns seriously! Apparently the owner is boasting her relative works for sspca therefore she's untouchable and she will continue to get away with her treatment of this poor horse. 

I gave raised a petition with over 700 signatures in one day and I'm contacting local media sources to gain public awareness at both the treatment of the horse by the owner and sspca failure of duty of care to this vulnerable animal.
