I've become aware of a horse over a period of several weeks, tightly tethered by a shortened chain around his neck.

The man-made  "paddock" located in a tiny piece of land situated off the main street is not sufficient or appropriate for allowing ample movement or exercise. Also, due to the shortness of the chain, the horse has no access to grass in the small surrounding space and the multiple occasions I've passed, there's no sign of any water.

This horses 'life' is an "existence" of standing alone day in, day out in it's own excrement and urine. 

THESE CONDITIONS ARE TOTALLY IMHUMANE AND UNACCEPTABLE!

This morning whilst I was there checking on the horse, the 'owner' drove up and bombarded me with profanities when I asked if he belonged to her.

Apparently there's been a lot of concern by members of the public over a period of several years and many reports have been made to SSPCA and horse welfare, yet this poor guy remains in thus destitute situation. 

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION TO FREE THE HORSE FROM THIS PRISON SENTENCE AND FIND A LOVING HOME WITH FREE SPACE TO 'LIVE' THE REMAINDER OF HIS LIFE.
