Siyanda has been sentenced to four and a half years for GBH. Siyanda's family are campaigning to make the truth of what happened on the 25th of May 2019 known.

In Siyanda's case, PC Ryan Overd failed to investigate the hate crime allegation, which has lead to Siyanda's incarceration. Pc Overd himself confessed in court that he did not carry out a full investigation or follow up on the evidence provided to him by Siyanda.

Your support is valuable in raising awareness of the police's inadequate investigation of this crime and the criminal justice system's failure to deliver justice. We will not let their carelessness and deficiency go unnoticed. We will strive to expose the deep-rooted racism within these institutions.
