UK High Court rules that Dubai Sheikh ordered kidnap and torture of his two daughters.

Thank you for all the support you have shown to us so far.

Latifa remains a prisoner, having been kidnapped and tortured by her own father, Sheikh Mohammed, ruler of Dubai. Her crime: daring to seek to leave Dubai and live abroad.

There have been many amazing developments as a direct result of the actions of the official #FreeLatifa campaign, including, most significantly, a recent ruling against Latifa’s father in the U.K. High Court.

The High Court concluded that the Sheikh had acted ‘contrary to the criminal law of England and Wales, international law, international maritime law, and internationally-accepted human rights norms’.

We cannot emphasise enough the huge significance of this ruling and it is therefore more crucial than ever that we continue to strengthen our campaign in the light of this verdict.
